]]> As part of Athens Music Week 2026, AMW and Reflected collaborate on a special night exploring the intersection of electronic music, live performance and jazz-inspired improvisation.

Berlin-based artists Mattia Prete & Daniel Calvi present their jazz-techno sound, where electronic structures meet organic elements and live expression.

 Support & live acts (A–Z):

– Alegro Gam (saxophone) joins for a special improvisation session, contributing to a live musical dialogue.
– Autow Nite Superstore in a maximal club sound moving between bass, grime, techno and late-night garage atmospheres.
– Degear0001 presents a hybrid live performance combining indietronica, DIY electronics and lo-fi experimental textures.
– Fabio Radermacher (trumpet) joins for a special improvisation session, shaping a live musical dialogue.
– FRAGK presents a rhythmic, up-tempo electronic journeys blending house, techno, electro and breakbeat energy.
– Mattia Prete & Daniel Calvi — jazz-techno live set where electronic structures meet organic elements and improvisation.

Ο Γιάννης Βεσλεμές επισκέπτεται την εμβληματική ταινία του Νίκου Παναγιωτόπουλου συνθέτοντας ζωντανά στη σκηνή και παράλληλα με την ταινία ένα νέο εναλλακτικό σάουντρακ. Με τη βοήθεια ενός σύγχρονου modular synthesis συστήματος συνομιλεί με το 1978, συμπλέει στη βραδύτητα των πρωταγωνιστών της ταινίας και κατά περίπτωση εναρμονίζεται ή συγκρούεται με την  ίδια την ιστορία της.

Η οκνηρία, η χαλαρότητα και τέλος ο “ύπνος”, διαβρώνει σ’ όλες τις βαθμίδες τα μέλη μιας συμβολικά προσδιορισμένης οικογένειας, που αποσύρεται να ζήσει στην εξοχή. Μια μηδενιστική αλληγορική σάτιρα, που βραβεύθηκε στα Φεστιβάλ Λοκάρνου και Σικάγου 1978.

Σχετικά με τον συνθέτη

Ο Γιάννης Βεσλεμές σκηνοθέτης και συνθέτης γεννήθηκε το 1979 στην Αθήνα. Έχει σκηνοθετήσει τις μεγάλου μήκους ταινίες Νορβηγία (2014), The Field Guide to Evil (2018, ανθολογία), Αγαπούσε τα Λουλούδια Περισσότερο(2024). Οι ταινίες του έχουν παιχτεί σε μεγάλα φεστιβάλ (Tribeca, Karlovy Vary,South by Southwest, κ.α.) και έχουν διανεμηθεί παγκοσμίως. Δισκογραφεί εδώ και είκοσι χρόνια (ως Veslemes ή Felizol) σε εκλεκτικά ευρωπαϊκά label (Optimo Music,Macadam Mambo, Invisible Inc κ.α.) και έχει συνθέσει μουσική για πολλές ελληνικές ταινίες (Suntan, Τετάρτη 04:45, Cosmic Candy κ.α.). Είναι συνιδρυτής και curator της κινηματογραφικής λέσχης Η ΧΑΜΕΝΗ ΛΕΩΦΟΡΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΥ ΣΙΝΕΜΑ.

Στο παρελθόν έχει συνθέσει και παρουσιάσει ζωντανά εναλλακτικά soundtrack για τις ταινίες Scorpio Rising/Lucifer Rising του Κένεθ Ανγκερ (Athens Open Air Film Festival, 2014), Γκόλεμ των Πάουλ Βέγκενερ και Καρλ Μπέζε (25ο Φεστιβάλ  Ντοκιμαντέρ Θεσσαλονίκης, 2024)& Fiction του Θανάση Ρεντζή (Φαντάσματα,2025)

]]> Melina carries the musical heritage of her Greek origins through a voice rich in ornamentation and
emotion. Born with musicians, oral tradition was central to her upbringing.

She studied oriental violin in Greece and traditional singing, later deepening her vocal practice and
learning oud at the Conservatory of Oriental Music in France, graduating with honors.

A lover of literature, Melina studied at the Sorbonne but soon realized music demanded her full attention.
This passion for words now feeds her songwriting, while her connection to dance brings an embodied
presence to the stage.

Her universe blends tradition with poetry, creating music that feels both urban and magical, where
traditional sounds meet pop and wedding music. Her inspirations range from The Do to Rosalia.

She’s joined by Doğan Poyraz on percussion, together crafting a sound that is sensitive, powerful, and deeply original.

In 2025, Maluridé collaborated with an Athens-based contemporary classical composer on the track Shape of Broken Light. The band’s singer and songwriter Júlia Viszkeleti created an EP with Nikos called Past is Prologue.

]]> Palinstar is a parallel universe, planet, and self-heroine all at once. Behind the name lies a multi-instrumentalist who has toured globally with Boytoy(US), supported Caroline Rose(US) or Soap&Skin(AT), and performed at KEXP (Kush K).

Now, she finally presents her artistic vision: gay stuff, Emotional Jetlag, Heart Rock as a refuge. Or a blend of Americana melodies with simple lyrics, inspired by Nirvana del Rey and experimental-song.

Additionally, it’s shaped by Swiss heritage and a deep, sensual voice akin to Angel Olsen and Stevie Nicks. The specially invented language «Spenglish» forms the core of this «Mouthart». Sound that motivates towards self-empowerment and self-care while activating the emotional and song process. ]]> Alexa Michael is a singer-songwriter with a soft spot for jazzy guitars, smooth basslines, and lyrics that side-eye forgettable exes. Her music blends soulful vocals with emotional honesty, wrapped in hooks you’ll hum for days and stories that hit just a little too close to home.

Alexa releases her first singles Always the Fool and Surprise in 2023, and Crush in 2024, and her debut EP Different Worlds in 2025. In 2025, she performed a showcase at SoAlive Music Conference & Festival in Sofia, Bulgaria, where music industry professionals were moved by her emotional performance.

In November 2025, Alexa’s first music video for “Crush” premiered on YouTube, a looping, dreamlike story. She is currently working on and recording new music for her first album, set for release in 2026.

On stage, they shift between intimate moments and driving tempos — moody, playful, detail-oriented, and always a little surprising.

Their album Saudade was shaped along Portugal’s Fishermen’s Trail and marks a new creative chapter: bolder, more physical, yet deeply emotional. Since forming in 2017, 𝒗𝒊𝒂𝒉 have played over 120 shows across Europe, appeared at festivals such as Sziget, Colours of Ostrava, and Waves Vienna, and won Czeching 2019.
