Μουσική, Υγεία και Κοινωνία: Πώς η συνεργασία μεταξύ τομέων μπορεί να στηρίξει την ψυχική υγεία

Όταν η μουσική, ο πολιτισμός και η υγεία συναντιούνται, μπορούν να δημιουργηθούν νέοι τρόποι στήριξης και προσέγγισης για την ψυχική υγεία και την ευζωία.

Το πάνελ φέρνει κοντά οργανισμούς και ερευνητικές πρωτοβουλίες που αξιοποιούν την τέχνη, τον ήχο και τη μουσική, από την ψυχολογία και την ψυχοθεραπεία έως την αντιμετώπιση νευροτραύματος και διαταραχών συμπεριφοράς, εξετάζοντας πώς η δημιουργική πρακτική μπορεί να συμβάλει στην ευεξία, την αποκατάσταση και την ψυχοκοινωνική επανένταξη.

Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται και στην ανάπτυξη της συνταγογράφησης πολιτιστικών δραστηριοτήτων, μια προσέγγιση που αρχίζει να αναπτύσσεται και στην Ελλάδα, αναδεικνύοντας τον ρόλο της μουσικής και του πολιτισμού ως εργαλεία πρόληψης, φροντίδας και αποκατάστασης.

Ποια είναι η σημερινή εικόνα; Με ποιους τρόπους μπορούν διαφορετικοί τομείς να συνεργαστούν πιο αποδοτικά και πώς μπορεί αυτό το μοντέλο να επεκταθεί ή να διαχυθεί ευρύτερα; Και τι χρειάζεται για να περάσουμε από μεμονωμένες δράσεις σε πιο συντονισμένες και βιώσιμες πρακτικές;

Μια συζήτηση που στοχεύει στην ενημέρωση και την ευαισθητοποίηση, αναδεικνύοντας τη μουσική όχι μόνο ως μορφή έκφρασης, αλλά ως ουσιαστικό μέσο στήριξης και σύνδεσης.

Ραπ, Ταυτότητα & Gen Z: Φωνή, Έκφραση και Αξίες σε Μετάβαση

Η ραπ και η hip hop κουλτούρα γεννήθηκαν ως μορφές έκφρασης με έντονο κοινωνικό και βιωματικό χαρακτήρα. Από τις γειτονιές του Μπρονξ μέχρι τη σύγχρονη ελληνική σκηνή, παραμένουν ένας χώρος όπου διαμορφώνονται φωνές, ταυτότητες και αφηγήματα.

Σήμερα, η ραπ αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο επιδραστικά μουσικά ρεύματα για τη Gen Z, επηρεάζοντας όχι μόνο τη μουσική, αλλά και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι νέοι αντιλαμβάνονται τον εαυτό τους, τις σχέσεις, την κοινωνία και τον κόσμο γύρω τους.

Η συζήτηση εστιάζει στο πώς η ραπ λειτουργεί ως χώρος έκφρασης και διαμόρφωσης αξιών: από ζητήματα ταυτότητας και εκπροσώπησης μέχρι τη θέση των φύλων, τη διαφορετικότητα και τη διαπραγμάτευση κοινωνικών ρόλων.

This meeting brings together Greek and European organisations for a focused exchange on how the music sector, alongside other creative and tech-driven industries, can better structure itself to support investment, resilience and long-term competitiveness.

As cross-sector collaboration becomes central to regional development strategies, the discussion examines how these frameworks are designed and implemented in practice, ranging from clusters and networks to funding mechanisms and policy tools. Particular attention is given to the accessibility and effectiveness of these structures for SMEs and independent actors.

Bringing together perspectives from policy, industry and international networks, the session creates space for open exchange, comparison and alignment. The focus is on sharing approaches, identifying gaps and exploring how collaboration across sectors such as music, technology and the wider cultural and creative industries can lead to stronger, more sustainable outcomes.

Rather than theoretical approaches, the roundtable aims to surface practical insights and common priorities, helping shape more coordinated structures that can support innovation, attract investment, and strengthen the region’s position within the European landscape.

Behind every major movement, there is a soundtrack that gave it a heartbeat. Join Greenpeace Greece and a panel of seasoned selectors for a track-by-track exploration of music as a weapon for social and environmental change. Four unique voices will curate a live activist playlist ranging from Colombian soundsystem culture to LGBTQ+ justice in punk. Each speaker will cherry-pick two pivotal tracks that give a snapshot of quests for justice across space and time.

Το nightlife ως πεδίο έκφρασης της ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής σκηνής στην Αθήνα

Η συζήτηση εστιάζει στη σχέση της ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής με τη νυχτερινή ζωή, η οποία παραδοσιακά αποτελεί τον βασικό της χώρο έκφρασης. Ωστόσο, μετά την περίοδο της καραντίνας, παρατηρούμε σημαντικές μετατοπίσεις: την εμφάνιση απογευματινών events, τη διαφορετική στάση των νεότερων ηλικιών απέναντι στη νυχτερινή διασκέδαση, αλλά και ευρύτερες αλλαγές στη συμπεριφορά του κοινού γύρω από το αλκοόλ. Μέσα από αυτό το πρίσμα, το panel επιχειρεί να εξετάσει αν το nightlife παραμένει ο βασικός φορέας της ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής ή αν διαμορφώνονται νέα formats και συνθήκες, με αφετηρία την περίπτωση της Αθήνας.
