Alone at Parties (RO)

Alone at Parties is a 5-piece band from Romania. Their sound is an indie blend of soft-spoken synthesizers, playful electric guitars, subtle acoustic rhythms and warm vocals.

Since 2023 they’ve played festivals such as Electric Castle, Transylvania International Film Festival and the BuSH Budapest, MMB Bucharest & SoAlive Sofia showcases.

The band released their debut album Familiar Faces in 2024, exploring themes like wellness culture, climate grief or boredom in relationships.

Their 2025 EP Petals marks a sonic change from the album – no acoustic guitars this time – as the band experiments with punk, lo-fi & electronic elements, while maintaining their melancholic sensibility. The songs drift through themes of pop psychology, impermanence, fading friendships & isolation. The EP featured on Bandcamp’s New & Notable.

Οι The BuzzDealers δημιουργήθηκαν στην Αθήνα το 2015 για να παίξουν ένα κράμα αγνού rock ‘n’ roll και indie γκαραζοψυχεδέλειας. Πιστοί υπηρέτες της αναβλείζουσας μάντρας της γενέτειρας τους, οι The BuzzDealers παρουσιάζονται ωμοί, δυναμικοί, γεμάτοι fuzzαριστά riffs και κολλητικά grooves. Με περήφανες αναφορές σε μουσικές προηγούμενων δεκαετιών, είναι μια μπάντα που σφυρηλατεί υπομονετικά τον ήχο της, αναδεικνύοντας έτσι τον πολυσυλλεκτικό και ανήσυχο χαρακτήρα της.

Έχοντας καταθέσει τα διαπιστευτήρια τους με εμφανίσεις σε όλη την Ελλάδα και ιδρώνοντας το σανίδι ιστορικών σκηνών όπως Gagarin 205, AN Club, Six d.o.g.s., Θέατρο Βράχων, Rover, Café Santan κ.α., το συγκρότημα κυκλοφόρησε το Φεβρουάριο του 2020, το πρώτο του full length album με τίτλο “Blooming”, σε παραγωγή Alex Bolpasis και mastering από τον Nick Townsend (Alice in Chains, Paramore, Weezer, Carlos Santana κ.α.) στο Orange Country της California. Λίγους μήνες αργότερα και εν καιρώ πανδημίας, το “Blooming” κυκλοφορεί παγκοσμίως σε μορφή βινυλίου από τη γερμανική Nasoni Records.

Μετά την πρώτη επιτυχία του “Blooming”, το οποίο εξαντλήθηκε σε όλες τις φυσικές μορφές του, οι The BuzzDealers συνεχίζουν τη συνεργασία τους με το διάσημο παραγωγό Alex Bolpasis στο πολυαναμενόμενο δεύτερο άλμπουμ τους με τίτλο «Radiant Frequencies», που αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει την άνοιξη του 2025.

Desert Monks (GR)

Desert Monks formed in 2016 in Athens, Greece in an attempt to merge a series of musical and aesthetical aspects under a familiar, yet unique, sound. Their music focuses on Alternative Rock and its subgenres, with the discrete presence of elements deriving from each member’s diverse sonic and artistic background. Their work is governed by a prominently overdriven feel with straightforward grooves, occasionally polite and unconventional harmonies, repetitive energy-building motifs and heavier bursts. Their performances are based on intense mood changes, ample dynamics and audience engagement through their lyrics, music, semantics and lighting/ show direction. Since their formation, they have performed extensively both as solo acts, as well as part of highly acknowledged lineups in venues, festivals and collective actions in Greece. Desert monks remain loyal to the heavier side of the British school combined with the musicality and the energy conveyed by the 90s scene, both of which set the foundation to apply any contemporary elements composing their inviting soundscapes.

Their second album, ‘Sympan’ (2022, Just Gazing Records), received significant critical acclaim.

They have also performed abroad (in Bulgaria and Romania) and have been part of esteemed lineups alongside artists such as Aggelakas, Pavlidis, ViC, Planet of Zeus, and Naxatras.They are set to embark on their second European tour in September 2024.

Komisiia is a four-piece band from Kyiv, Ukraine. We have released two full-length albums, three EPs, and six singles. Exploring different genres, from punk rock to bossa nova and house-inspired indie-pop, Komisiia is an ever-changing picture labeled by several musical media as a “chameleon band.” They have performed 100+ gigs in different venues across Europe.

Since the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the band members have been thrust into a new reality. This seismic shift has not only reshaped their day-to-day lives but also the landscape of the Ukrainian music industry. The band’s most significant new challenge right now is the necessity of reorientation to European markets and building a network of connections there.

In 2023, Komisiia started working with Ukrainian indie label Kontrabass Promo, opening a new chapter in the band’s story. Last year, the band also organized numerous charity events with the Musicians Defend Ukraine Foundation.

Alkyone is a multifaceted artist hailing from the picturesque mountains of Northern Greece. As a singer, songwriter, and musician, she navigates seamlessly between Greek and English languages, blending indie pop, cinematic, and folk elements into her unique musical tapestry. Drawing from her experience as a former choir member, Alkyone infuses her compositions with haunting choral arrangements, tapping into the primal and potent essence of collective voices.
Her musical journey began in childhood, inspired by her father’s love for folklore music. Learning to play the piano alongside him, she eventually pursued formal training, earning a degree in classical piano. However, it wasn’t until later in life that she embraced her own songwriting prowess, crafting introspective and evocative pieces that echo her deep connection with nature and birds, a theme that also inspired her stage name.
Alkyone’s performances are a fusion of her original compositions and innovative arrangements of traditional Greek songs. 33 Lovers is the brainchild of singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Stratos Kiris. Born and based in Athens, Stratos was raised in Patras where he started taking music lessons (quartino, clarinet, accordion) at the age of 6. As a teenager he started writing his own songs a few months after his mum bought him a guitar.

In 2006 he formed the band Monovine with Xenofodas Sakellariou and high school friend Sotiris Douvas. They released three albums and were active for 14 years before disbanding in 2019. Going through an introspective period in early 2020, he began writing songs and 33 Lovers took shape. In the spring of 2022 he released the digital single “Angels Yearn”, featuring various musicians and friends such as Miss Trichromi, Nalyssa Green, Xenofodas Sakellariou, Sotiris Douvas, Natassa Mindrinou, Sofia Sarri and Antonis Andreou.

In the summer of 2022, he recorded the first 33 Lovers album, “Ghost Flower”, in the living room of producer Vassilis Nissopoulos, embracing an indie pop, lo-fi aesthetic.

“Ghost Flower” was released in October 2023 by Inner Ear records and received rave reviews, earning a place in the best records of the year.

Commuter (GR)

Commuter started as a musical project of Dionysis Koutavas (vocals/guitar) in Athens (Greece) in 2019. The project became a full band in October 2021 with the addition of Dimitris Koutsoulis (drums), Spilios Kakkas (bass/vocals) and Alexandros Kolokythas (guitar).

Influenced by the post-punk sounds of the Canadian scene as well as the new wave of UK among others, the band has played live shows alongside popular Greek bands (The Steams, Deaf Radio) and international as well (Dry Cleaning, Protomartyr, SONS, Unschooling). Commuter released their first self-titled EP in January 2023 on all streaming platforms and cassette via Bitter Tea Records. Their debut full-length album is expected to be released in the fall of 2024, available on digital and vinyl format.

Bhukhurah (GR)

Christos Bekiris aka bhukhurah (boo- koo- ra) is a Greek artist, music producer and sound engineer based in Athens, Greece. After many years of being active in the music scene, touring Europe with Athenian rock groups CHICKN and The Callas, collaborating and working with a variety of local (Prins Obi, ATH Kids) and international artists (Lee Ranaldo, Jim Sclavunos) he presents his solo music project. His sound can be described as Neo Psychedelic / Indie / Pop.

Bhukhurah has released 3 singles “Paramera (Παράµερα)”, “Full of Grapes” and “Blue Platinum Beach”, has premiered on VICE, featured in the cover of LIFO magazine and been a guest in TV & Radio interviews.
Working towards the release of his first EP, bhukhurah has been performing shows as a duo (with drummer Pantelis Karasevdas) in small venues, outdoor guerrilla gigs and Greek island Festivals. Their performances have been described as very dynamic, energetic and intensive interaction with the audience but also very dreamy, psychedelic and most definitely…cute!

Bhukhurah is looking for representation and is available for bookings (Europe – UK) in
Summer – Winter 2023/2024.
