Aga Samitowska stands at the forefront of the MusicTech landscape, leveraging her expertise in technology with years of experience in the music industry. Aga offers a unique perspective on integrating innovative solutions into the music business. Currently, Aga specializes in supporting and consulting for startups and music entities, providing analysis and education aimed at enhancing their technological engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, she is a mentor at MusicTech Europe Academy and a lead coordinator at ZAiKS Akademia, an educational initiative provided by the Polish CMO ZAiKS to support artists. Previously, she worked for nearly a decade at Kayax, a Warsaw-based independent record label, where she led the digital distribution department and was a manager to top Polish artists like Brodka, Nosowska, and Hey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Matthias R\u00f6der is an award-winning music and technology strategist and director of the Beethoven AI project. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Mindshift, a consultancy on creative leadership and innovation strategy. Matthias currently serves as a board member of the Karajan Foundation and is the Managing Director of the Eliette and Herbert von Karajan Institute. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Mozarteum Foundation. Matthias founded the Karajan Music Tech Conference, a cross-industry event to promote breakthrough technologies in music, media and audio. He is the founder of the Classical Music Hack Day series. Together with his partner, Seda R\u00f6der, Matthias co-founded the Sonophilia Foundation, a non-profit that supports and promotes scientific research into creativity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthias has won numerous prizes and accolades for his work, including an Effie Bronce for the completion of Beethoven\u2019s 10th symphony with AI and the Game Changer\u201d Award of the Chamber of Commerce Salzburg. He is a sought-after speaker and lecturer who has taught at Harvard University, the Change & Innovation Management Program at University of St. Gall, and Salzburg University. He holds a PhD in music from Harvard University and is an alumnus of the Mozarteum University Salzburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna Z\u00f2 is leading the Agenda on Innovation of the Italian social enterprise Music Innovation Hub, responsible of MusicTech-related activities, project leader of the EU-funded acceleration program for music startups Music Tech Europe Academy and Director of Linecheck Music Meeting and Festival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-founder and President of Music Tech Europe Network, Anna is part of the team that has developed the new BA\/BSc in Music Business at SAE Institute Milan, where she is also active as Lecturer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a strong focus on CCIs and a business background (Master Graduate in CCIs Management), she has also been managing projects in different cultural fields, such as visual arts (in London) and cinema (in Paris).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dimitris Papaspyros is an engineering leader by day, software engineer by night, and loves solving technical problems with entertainment industry data and processes one way or the other 24\/7. He graduated his Bachelor's from Informatics and Telecommunications school in National Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2013, and received a MSc in Web Technologies and Applications from Harokopio University of Athens. He joined NTUA in 2014 as a PhD Candidate and Software Engineer, with an academic interest in Linked Data. In 2015 he got introduced to the music industry by joining Orfium as one of the first software engineers, and was involved in the development of several information systems aiming to streamline copyright management and claiming for rightsholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2020, Dimitris has been serving as Orfium's VP of Engineering, focusing on product development. He also has a degree in Music Harmony and loves playing the piano in his spare time.
