Anna Z\u00f2 is leading the Agenda on Innovation of the Italian social enterprise Music Innovation Hub, responsible of MusicTech-related activities, project leader of the EU-funded acceleration program for music startups Music Tech Europe Academy and Director of Linecheck Music Meeting and Festival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Co-founder and President of Music Tech Europe Network, Anna is part of the team that has developed the new BA\/BSc in Music Business at SAE Institute Milan, where she is also active as Lecturer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a strong focus on CCIs and a business background (Master Graduate in CCIs Management), she has also been managing projects in different cultural fields, such as visual arts (in London) and cinema (in Paris).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marianna Tanska is a cultural manager experienced in different cultural domains. As a project manager at Music Export Ukraine, she leads international capacity building projects, such as Eastern European Music Academy, which develops 60+ emerging music industry professionals from 12 countries with every edition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, Marianna manages networking and collaborative projects for Ukrainian artists and managers to help their development on the international level, aiming Ukrainian music to be loved worldwide! Marianna also organizes international and local interdisciplinary festivals at the Ukrainian cinematheque - Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Centre, supervises event spaces to host film screenings and various performing arts events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marili Randla is one of the first employees of Music Estonia and has been dedicated for the last 5 years to the development and implementation of music industry programmes and services, e.g. internship programme INTRO, mentoring programmes, funds, etc. Marili has previous experience in the field of music marketing, PR and event management (BDG, Club Hollywood, Hiiu Folk, Iceland Music, TIKS Rekords) and has managed international youth music projects (Noorteb\u00e4nd, Stage Europe Network). From 2023, Marili is a member of the board of the international project HUB for the Exchange of Music Innovation (HEMI) and coordinates the project's activities on behalf of Estonia. In her spare time, she plays flute in the Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra and in DIY music friendship group Cosmoskva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Social Media Links Alona works in the music industry for almost a decade. Starting as a volunteer for the music festival she soon grew to the position of program director taking care of 100+ acts performing the biggest festival stages in Ukraine. She believes in the power of education and networking having done the music exchange projects in Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and even in the Middle East (Kyrgyzstan, hello!). Along with a colleague she co-founded Music Export Ukraine, an independent organisation that helps Ukrainian artists build international careers. Since then, she showcased local talents at professional events in more than 20 countries, lobbied sector needs in Ukraine and Europe, did dozens of international projects, became the expert in European funding. And strangely, she still enjoys music!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Katja leads partnerships and sponsorships of the SHARPE festival and works as Project Manager of a LALA Slovak Music Export. Katja is a booker of several Slovak bands (Tolstoys, Isama Zing, Sam Handwich, God and Eve and so on). <\/p>\n\n\n\n As a production manager she is involved in Flaam festival and seasonally in the biggest Slovak music festivals as Pohoda, Febiofest or Next festival. Occasionally she collaborates with other festivals, cultural events and artists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Katja is PhD student at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where she runs a couple of lectures as a teacher. Her activities also include popularisation of working in culture and music industry. She is part of emerging DJ duo Benefits with Friends. She was selected in the chart of The New Bosses 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jose Luis Zagazeta is a serial enterpreneur in the spanish music industry. His most recent initiative is the creation of the Barcelona Music Tech Hub (BMTH). The first non-profit group of companies, institutions and other actors dedicated to the music tech sector in Spain. This hub represents the common interests of various hardware, software and service providers in the field of music technology in Spain. Currently, they count more than 50 members. Jose Luis is co-founder at B2B SaaS company Sonosuite and B2C music company La Cupula Music, both companies dedicated to bring innovation to the music business sector. La Cupula Music (LCM) is a Music Services company with a strong focus on technology operating at spanish markets Spain and Latam. SonoSuite commercializes it\u2019s Digital Music Supply Chain software used by many digital music companies and aggregators around the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
