Taksirat is a unique winter festival that was launched in 1999. Since then, it has an extremely important role in building a “new” and better Skopje through various aspects and approaches to the counterculture. It is the biggest festival in North Macedonia and the only winter music festival in South-Eastern Europe. Since 2014, the Association of culture and arts \u201cTAKSIRAT\u201d has also luanched PIN Conference, the first and only international music conference and showcase festival in North Macedonia. Inspired by the community-building aspects of such events, PIN is a standing out project of \u201cTaksirat\u201d in which we fully and solely invest our capacities and connections in the industry all around Europe.
