Another major focus of her work is promoting diversity and gender policies for technology companies, public administrations, and other organizations. She also organizes workshops, training sessions, and hackathons. Thais regularly mentors technological projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before founding DigitalFems, Thais built her career in technology starting in 1999 through various roles and responsibilities. Notable positions include co-managing Thoughtworks, where, in addition to launching the company's operations, she founded LaT, a citizen technopolitical laboratory focused on technological sovereignty, privacy, and social digital innovation. She also supported the creation of CAD, the Center for Digital Autonomy, and led the Digital Communication Strategy at the Barcelona City Council. She is currently member of the Board of Algorights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Some notable projects at DigitalFems include MusicDataUPC.org, DatosContraElRuido.org, GenderDataLab.org, Tecnologas.org, and EllesMusic. Thais holds a degree in Law and has completed postgraduate studies in Social and Political Theory, as well as Cultural Public Policies. She pursued doctoral studies in Political Theory and Public Policies at Pompeu Fabra University. She regularly participates as a speaker and has given talks at events such as the Biennial of Thought, Digital Future Society.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dorina Stamou possesses over twenty years of professional experience in the management consultancy sector and has worked in the implementation of a large number of EU funded projects as a Project Manager, as well as capacity building and professional development expert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Their experience lies within the design and implementation of training programmes on entrepreneurship, innovation and business methodologies for a broad range of target groups, through the support of innovative digital tools. They are responsible for monitoring the overall progress of milestones and activities, drafting and quality checking deliverables, preparing reports, risk management and the creation and sustainability of EU wide networks. They have a Bachelor\u2019s in Statistics and an MBA, while currently studying for a Master\u2019s in Social and Solidarity Economy. Their native language is Greek and they speak fluently English and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Christine Charitonos is a human connection specialist, creative director, and founder of the London-based culture and experience agency, What Does Not (WDN). With over two decades of experience in the hospitality and creative industries, she gained a reputation as a professional Swiss army knife, lateral thinking consultant, and fixer due to the depth and breadth of her specialisms, which include: culture change, operations, creative direction, events and community building. Christine and her all-female team create experiences that help humans be seen, heard and understood through the power of stories, music, and more. They disrupt the status quo of division and disconnection, creating inclusive and diverse environments for the grassroots, everyday humans and emerging creatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n WDN works exclusively with handpicked emerging artists from various underground scenes across London, and are on a mission to expose them to new audiences using their unique social mixology approach. Since 2022, the team have given a stage to over 200 musicians, and have brought their cultural programming to prestigious London spaces like Soho House, The Ministry, The Outernet and Shoreditch Arts Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mando Chastouki is a digital and music rights expert with a decade of experience working with artists, songwriters, and music companies across Europe and the US. Originating from Greece and now firmly based in London for the past seven years, her expertise spans digital platforms, user-generated content, and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of music rights. Mando's journey includes roles as Music Business and Copyright consultant for Music Ally, and more recently, as Business Development Manager for the global music-tech company Orfium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Driven by her passion for music and advocacy for independent artists and businesses, Mando has also worked extensively in artist and record label management and is currently managing the Greek rock band Nightstalker. With extensive knowledge of the rock and metal scene, the digital landscape and rights management, Mando founded Lyst Music Publishing in 2024 - a boutique publishing company focusing on heavy and alternative sound which aims for better rights administration worldwide and seeking to give these genres and artists the attention they deserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
