Involved for two decades in different fields and positions of the Music ecosystem (Co-Founder of Kosmos Radio 93.6, e-Terra Records and Van Dog Events), Georges has produced dozens of special events (for TV shows, Music Awards, Olympic Games) and has participated in numerous European Music Projects (HEMI Music Innovation Hub<\/a>, JUMP- European Music Market Accelerator, European Live Music Association).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is the Founder of the \u201cEuropean Music Day\u201d organizers network, the Founder and Artistic Director of the Athens Music Week, the co-founder of Music Tech Europe Association<\/a> and an Executive Board member of the Federation of Music Conferences<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a partner of\u00a0Music Tech Europe Academy<\/a>\u00a0programme and of the newly born project SONIC \u201cStrategic Opportunities for New Innovative Changes in Music Policies\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with thirty years of international experience. Through her company, MSA Music Services, she advises rightsholders on building effective publishing structures, supports music-tech startups with strategy, positioning and investor relations, and connects clients with a highly trusted international network that supports meaningful, long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her clients have included Slipknot, Jason Mraz, One Direction, Tori Amos, Soulfly, Nickelback, Moloko, and Downtown Music Publishing. Before founding MSA Music Services, she held senior roles at Roadrunner Records, Fintage House, and Songtrust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandy is the International Conference Director for Athens Music Week and a regular moderator at international conferences, known for clear, engaging sessions that connect music, technology, and business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aggelos Kleitsikas grew up in Athens, in an environment where music was not merely a soundtrack but a way of thinking. Since 2015, he has been actively involved as a music and culture journalist, with his work published in leading Greek media outlets such as Avopolis.gr, LIFO, SONIK, and Rolling Stone Greece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside this, he has built a strong professional background in marketing, PR, and strategic communication, collaborating with major international brands. In recent years, he has also worked on a wide range of cultural projects as part of the team at Technopolis City of Athens. This experience has allowed him to creatively bridge the cultural and corporate worlds, translating vision into narrative and content into strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Artistic Director of Athens Jazz, the country\u2019s oldest and largest jazz festival, he envisions further strengthening its international identity, its active support of the local jazz community, and its contemporary artistic direction. Creating meaningful musical experiences, fostering the sustainable growth of cultural institutions, and connecting audiences, artists, and ideas lie at the core of his philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olga was raised in Athens, studied sound engineering and acoustics, classical piano and advanced
classical harmony. She has a great passion for all forms of musical expression and its life-giving,
healing powers, always looking to grow her knowledge base, currently studying jazz piano and sound
therapy, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her work experience in the music sector commenced as a junior sound engineer in recording
studios, on-air technician at radio stations and freelance voice over artist. During those years she
was actively involved in the artistic direction and events curation of the Athens International Short
Film Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For almost two decades she has been actively involved in the production and implementation of
numerous live events, concerts and festivals, working for and with leading cultural centers of Athens
as well as creative teams across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is currently a part of the Athens Music Week production team also collaborating with the
HUB for the Exchange of Music Innovation (HEMI) coordinating the HEMI \u039cusic \u0391wards & HEMI
