Adina is a seasoned professional in the music & culture industries with over 10 years of experience in advertising, booking, event & project management, artist services and others. She is one of the co-founders of Sync About It - Music Conference & Songwriting Camp, the first conference in CEE with focus only on music sync, where she is highly multi-tasking. The event is designed to build a bridge across European music segments and professionals who can benefit from sync, hence encouraging international cooperation through the circulation of music and good practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But she also worked with music festivals like Neversea, SAGA and Massif, or brands like Mastercard and Pepsi that involved music in their campaigns as Project Manager on behalf of Advertising agencies. Adina has also worked for most of the Film Festivals in Romania, including Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF), where for 5 years she took over the music bookings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently she took over Comms & Social Media for Control Club (the most active one in the city) with focus on Live Acts, but not limited. She also turned to being an artist manager and agent for +SHE+, a fierce woman-led musical project from Romania. Her background in the music industry started with DIY concerts, followed by working as a Promoter and nowadays she hosts Sqweez! Queer Techno parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephen \u201cBeanz\u201d Rudden is a producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist best known for the ground-breaking UK Top 5 hit Love City Groove\u2014the first rap track ever chosen to represent the UK at Eurovision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He first emerged in the mid-80s with experimental group Smell Funky Beast, then worked behind the scenes with synth-pop Kissing the Pink, before launching his solo production alias, Plutonic, in 1990. with his bold reimagining of Mike Oldfield\u2019s Tubular Bells, led to a record deal with CBS and a publishing contract with Warner\/Chappell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beanz expanded into film and TV, his credits include chart pop, film scores, and game music\u2014from Miramax\u2019s The Real Howard Spitz to composing Disney\u2019s Astro Knights and the UK pre-school series Raindrops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
