Dr. Zoi Mavroskoti is a copyright lawyer based in Athens, Greece. She holds a Ph.D. with
distinction from the Faculty of Law of the University of Thessaloniki on the subject of multi-
territorial licensing of copyrights to music users, and a Master\u2019s degree with distinction in
Art, Law and Economics from the International Hellenic University of Greece. She is a
graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens and previously received a degree in
Media and Communication from the same university. She is the author of the book \u201cMulti- territorial Licensing of the Use of Musical Works on the Internet and Collective Management\u201d and has contributed to academically praised national and international collective works on intellectual property law. As a legal advisor, she currently provides her
services in copyright law, copyright clearance and licensing of digital music and audiovisual
content services to a wide range of renowned artists, film directors, photographers, authors,
film production companies, as well as organizations and cultural institutions. Among others,
she has acted as legal advisor to the artists of the official participation of Greece in the
Venice Biennale Arte in 2017, 2019 and 2024, to the Greek Film Archive (2014-2019), while
since 2021 she has been legal advisor to the collective management organization of music
copyright in Greece \u201cAUTODIA\u201d in matters related to her area of expertise. From 2019 to
2020, by decision of the Minister of Culture, she was a member of the Board of Directors of
the Hellenic Copyright Organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
