Across XR, VR and screen, artists are working inside immersive environments where music sits within story, interaction and experience, shaping how audiences engage with these new cultural spaces. Not just tracks, but roles. Composer, performer, character, collaborator. As these formats develop, so do the ways of working. New creative processes, new partners, and different expectations around contribution, ownership and rights, with the route still unclear for many.<\/p>

The discussion will focus on how this work happens in practice. Where artists fit, how to step into these environments, and what they offer. New formats, shifting audience behaviours, and evolving cultural contexts, alongside different ways of building a career beyond the usual paths.<\/p>

Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with thirty years of international experience. Through her company, MSA Music Services, she advises rightsholders on building effective publishing structures, supports music-tech startups with strategy, positioning and investor relations, and connects clients with a highly trusted international network that supports meaningful, long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her clients have included Slipknot, Jason Mraz, One Direction, Tori Amos, Soulfly, Nickelback, Moloko, and Downtown Music Publishing. Before founding MSA Music Services, she held senior roles at Roadrunner Records, Fintage House, and Songtrust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandy is the International Conference Director for Athens Music Week and a regular moderator at international conferences, known for clear, engaging sessions that connect music, technology, and business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She mentors with Keychange, Culttech Academy, Music Tech Europe Academy, and Help Musicians, and is a Mental Health First Aider, Associate Member of IMPF (Independent Music Publishers Forum), and former Executive Board Member of AFEM (Association for Electronic Music), of which she remains a member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kathrin Brunner is a creative producer specializing in XR, immersive media, and new forms of interaction. Driven by curiosity, she explores emerging technologies to create innovative narrative and interactive experiences. She has held senior management positions at the Warner\/Bertelsmann joint venture in2movies, Deutsche Telekom, and Discovery Communications. With Starberry.the media factory and mYndstorm productions, she has consulted companies ranging from ProSiebenSat.1\u2019s VoD platform maxdome to major German public broadcasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Mind the Brain!, she pioneered neuroreactive VR with Oliver Czeslik. The project won the Stereopsia Lumi\u00e8re Award for Best VR Technology (2020) and the 1E9 New Realities Award (2021), and was exhibited at the Deutsches Museum in Munich. The French-German coproduction Duchampiana premiered at Venice Immersive 2024, won Best Art Experience at the European XR Awards \u2013 Stereopsia 2024, received the Impact Prize at NewImages 2025, and is part of the Berlinale EFM Selection 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kathrin also teaches and gives masterclasses on XR storytelling, immersive interaction design, and emerging media formats. She holds a doctoral degree in Strategic Management from the Munich School of Management (LMU), focusing on organization theory in times of globalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oliver Czeslik is an award-winning creator, writer and producer of XR experiences, theatre and film. His plays have been performed internationally, including khaddafi rocks<\/em>, directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman in New York and at Germany\u2019s leading theatres, including Schaub\u00fchne and Volksb\u00fchne Berlin. He has produced feature films for cinema and television, mostly based on his own screenplays. Oliver has worked extensively as a lecturer, including at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb), and leads international workshops and masterclasses, among others at Theatertreffen Berlin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He founded the screenplay department of S. Fischer Verlag in Berlin. Together with Kathrin Brunner, he founded mYndstorm productions to create movement between film, science, XR, AI and art. As part of the Delimitation Series<\/em>, he created Mind the Brain!<\/em> and i wanna be ur dog<\/em> as author and director. He also co-produced the internationally award-winning XR project Duchampiana<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jay Stolar is a multi-platinum, gold, and diamond-certified producer, songwriter, and executive producer with over 500 million streams and hundreds of sync placements across film, TV, sports, and games, including the Super Bowl, Olympics, League of Legends, and Fortnite. A multi-instrumentalist, Stolar has shaped songs globally for Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, G-Eazy, Aloe Blacc, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Jaxson Gamble. In Greece, he has worked with Konstantinos Argiros, Eleni Foureira, Sakis Rouvas, Marina Satti, Marseaux, and Solmeister, co-writing and co-producing Satti's Eurovision hit \"Zari\" and Evangelia's viral 2025 and 2026 hits \"V\u00e1le\" and \"PAR\u00c9A\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n
