M\u00e1rton N\u00e1ray has been working in the creative and cultural sector for 20 years. During this time he had the opportunity to explore the music industry through a 360\u00b0 viewpoint, as a record store manager, a festival programmer (Sziget Festival, Babel Sound, European Music Day\u2026) a booking agent, a project manager for a governmental music export agency (Music Export in Hungary and Czech Republic), a city program manager, a conference organizer (regiON, SoundQuest, Overhead), club promoter, tour manager, musician, radio presenter, and of course as a music addict. Since 2020 he is also the Secretary General of the European Music Exporters Exchange<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tejka is a one-woman show. She plays drums in Y\u00d6U, drives bands on tour, does TM, works as backliner sometimes, promotes independent bands and loves stage diving. Today, she\u2019s a production manager in Password Production<\/a> and Head Representative for the Balkans in Women in Live Music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her free time she loves eating pizza, drinking coffee and attending every possible concert. Tejka is the CEO of Skopje Drum Talks, an organization for educating and supporting drummers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2011, Founder of Marsh Creative Production<\/a>, specialised event production company and Founder of Marsh Open Space, a unique and innovative multipurpose hub in Belgrade specifically designed for diverse micro-events and group co-working. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chaired Belgrade Summer Festival BoD and served as a member of Belgrade\u2019s Dom omladine BoD. Since 2016 Co-Founder of the Indigo festival of Contemporary Ideas in Ljubljana. Since 2017 Co-Founder of the Kontakt Conference<\/a>, which gives special focus on WB regional festivals. Boyan started his musical career as the guitarist in the band who also drove the van, booked the hotels and did the settlements. After two university degrees and seven years under the Texan sun, he went on to study Arts Administration at IU Bloomington, Indiana where he also joined the Lotus Festival. Working his way up from backline manager to a full-fledged member of the production team in charge of artist relations and logistics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jumping across the pond and onto a Sting tour, Boyan joined the Bulgarian Live Nation partner, SME, with which he went on to promote and produce Aerosmith, Depeche Mode, Roger Waters, Steven Wilson, Al Di Meola, Cirque Du Soleil, Iron Maiden and counting. Becoming a freelancer in 2017, he got involved in music export initiatives, lending a helping hand to motivated musical artists wanting to build international careers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, in cooperation with Blue Hills, managed to sell-out two concerts at the iconic Antique Theater Plovdiv.
