She began her career at eBay, holding product roles in both London and San Francisco, where she focused on experimentation, data-driven development, and customer experience. At Deliveroo, she joined the B2B team, where she improved the restaurant partner experience and launched the company\u2019s first public API for POS integration, resulting in major operational efficiencies.<\/p><p>Renia went on to become the first product manager at InstaShop, where she played a key role in scaling the business ahead of its $360M acquisition by Delivery Hero. Most recently, she led the guest experience product team at Blueground, enhancing the post-booking digital journey for guests across global markets.<\/p><p>Renia is passionate about building user-centric products that deliver measurable business value and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
