Dr. Alexandra Palli is a psychologist and psychotherapist. She graduated with highest honors from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany, and holds a PhD in Psychology with distinction from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).<\/p>
She practices systemic psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral family therapy. She serves as the scientific director of postgraduate psychoeducation programs for mental health professionals and is a clinical supervisor.<\/p>
She is a long-standing and ongoing collaborator with the University Mental Health Research Institute (UMHRI \u2013 \u201cKostas Stefanis\u201d) and the First Department of Psychiatry of NKUA. She is President of the Board of Directors of the Greek branch of the World Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation. She maintains a private practice in central Athens.<\/p>
She writes articles on public health issues for the press and participates weekly with \u201cRadio-\u03a8\u201d in the radio program \u201cStigmiotypa\u201d on Skai, where she discusses psychological findings and their connection to everyday life.<\/p>
She has 16 publications\/chapters in international scientific journals.<\/p>
