Nikos currently heads up TikTok&#8217;s Music Streaming &amp; Digital Partnerships for EMEA, overseeing streaming strategy and driving commercial opportunities across the region. He previously was the Head of Artist &amp; Label Partnerships at Spotify UK &amp; Ireland, where he led strategic partnerships and global marketing campaigns including Spotify Wrapped. He has also held leadership positions at Sony Music, Cond\u00e9 Nast, and TaP Management, where he oversaw creative marketing and talent development.
