]]> Nikos Antoniou is a London-based senior music industry executive with 15 years of experience leading global marketing strategies. Over the years, he has led award-winning campaigns for global music artists and brands. Nikos currently heads up TikTok’s Music Streaming & Digital Partnerships for EMEA, overseeing streaming strategy and driving commercial opportunities across the region. He previously was the Head of Artist & Label Partnerships at Spotify UK & Ireland, where he led strategic partnerships and global marketing campaigns including Spotify Wrapped. He has also held leadership positions at Sony Music, Condé Nast, and TaP Management, where he oversaw creative marketing and talent development. Nikos holds a Master’s in Music Business Management from London College of Music and the University of West London and has been a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy since 2019.

]]> Georgia Alexiou works for Greenpeace Greece as the Volunteers and Events Coordinator. She studied Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester and completed her MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the LSE in 2022. Originally from Athens, Greece, Georgia has worked in the non-profit sector over the past eight years, including at the British Red Cross, Practical Action and St John Ambulance. Aside the charity sector, she has also been involved with the production of numerous festivals and the community radio station, Voices Radio, in London. For four years, she has hosted the radio show Violet Rays and DJs across the UK and Greece, from Brick Lane Jazz Festival, Grow and Teleion.

]]> Δεν υπάρχει ένας σωστός τρόπος να μπεις στη μουσική βιομηχανία, ούτε κάποιο manual που απλά ακολουθείς. Κι όμως, μια νέα γενιά δημιουργών και επαγγελματιών δεν περιμένει να της δείξουν τον δρόμο, τον φτιάχνει μόνη της.

Είτε ως καλλιτέχνες, είτε μέσα από ομάδες, labels ή projects, ξεκινούν κάνοντας, δοκιμάζοντας και μπαίνοντας κατευθείαν μέσα στα πράγματα. Τίποτα δεν είναι σταθερό και σχεδόν ποτέ δεν πάει σε ευθεία γραμμή.

Από πού έρχονται οι ευκαιρίες; Πώς προκύπτουν οι συνεργασίες; Και τι κάνει κάποιον να θέλει να ξαναδουλέψει μαζί σου;

]]> Σε μια εποχή υπερπληροφόρησης και ταχύτητας, η δημιουργία μοιάζει να απαιτεί επιβράδυνση. Πώς συνδέεται η μουσική με την ανάγκη για αποφόρτιση, συγκέντρωση και «παρουσία»; Πότε ακούμε πραγματικά και πώς καταλαβαίνουμε ότι κάτι μας αγγίζει; Από τη μετάβαση από το storytelling στο mood buzzword, μέχρι τη σημασία των live και club εμπειριών ως σύγχρονα συλλογικά rituals, η συζήτηση ανοίγει θέματα γύρω από την εμπειρία του ήχου, την κοινότητα και τη σχέση με το κοινό.
