Bonart Ajvazi is the 29-year-old founder and CEO of Three60 Music, one of the fastest-growing record labels in Kosovo, and 360 Media, a digital content distribution company. He entered the music business in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic by becoming the manager of Yll Limani, who is now one of the biggest pop artists in Albania & Kosovo.

Kushtrim Dushi comes from Prishtina, Kosova. After he graduated from University, he decided to take his time to travel and hit numerous festivals as a mere guest all around the world, which included Tomorrowland, Sonus, Time Warp, Ultra, EXIT, and many more. While having the fun of his life, he developed his business idea to offer packages to the Kosovan youth the same way he booked all his travels. So, in 2014, Rave Travel was born.

His mission was to offer and instill to the youth in Kosovo a cultural diversity which lacked due to Kosovo’s well known isolation. He also offered the possibility for them to travel and see the world through events and festivals alike. Rave sells Festival Packages, which include tickets, accommodation and transport. Rave also sells these products individually. RAVE is a community on its own here in the Balkans. We are the go-to ticketing and event organizing solutions platform.

Rave is the only company in Kosovo that does this kind of service. By now, the partnership list has grown to more than 100. Partners like UNUM Festival, Sunny Hill Festival, Epizode, Kala, ION Festival, Sea Dance Festival, EXIT Festival, Doku Fest, Pri-Film Fest, Turtle Fest and many other local and regional festivals, also trust Rave with their event organization. As a result of years of experience and networking in the global entertainment and music industry, Kushtrim assembled a small group of experts to launch Prishtina Music Conference. PMC is a music conference, the first of its kind, providing networking, promotional and inspirational opportunities for artists and the global community aiming to elevate music culture and development. It had its first edition in 2021, which was a major success, achieving their set goals.
