
Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with 30 years of international experience. Through MSA Music Services, she advises rightsholders on publishing strategy, supports music-tech startups with positioning, growth and investor relations, and mentors founders and professionals.
Clients under her wing have included Slipknot, Jason Mraz, One Direction, Tori Amos, Soulfly, Nickelback, Moloko and Downtown Music Publishing. Her current work spans genres from metal to gospel, with a strong focus on international markets, particularly across Africa, alongside wider activity across Europe and beyond.
Mandy is International Conference Director for Athens Music Week, Conference Programme Associate for the IMPF Global Summit, and a Committee Member for MiCannes. She regularly moderates international conferences across music, technology and business.
Alongside her advisory work, she mentors through MSA Music Services and has supported programmes including Keychange, Culttech Academy, Music Tech Europe Academy and Help Musicians. She is a Mental Health First Aider, an Associate Member of IMPF (Independent Music Publishers Forum), and a former Executive Board Member of AFEM (Association for Electronic Music), of which she remains a member.
She previously held senior roles at Roadrunner Records, Fintage House and Songtrust.
