
Attorney-at-law (Athens Bar Association). Holder of a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual
Property Law and a doctorate (Dr.iur.) from the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf,
Germany. The subject of his dissertation is the permissibility of audio samples in music
selling websites from the scope of copyright law. Post-doctoral researcher and consecutively
academic fellow at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University, Athens from
2019 to 2023. Selected publications include: “3D-printing in Greek copyright law: three
issues and the meaning of use” [Technology and Communication law (DITE) 2023, 16, Nomiki
Vivliothiki), “The floating charge according to Greek Law N.2844/2000” (2023, Sakkoulas
Publications) and “Issues of multi-person accountability in the Greek Civil Code” (2024,
Sakkoulas Publications). In February 2025 he was elected Assistant Professor at the Law
School of the National and Kapodistrian University, Athens.
