Stavros Tsiapos is a music producer, DJ, and co-founder of the electronic duo Reign of Time, the educational hub MAMA Project (Music and Media Assembly), and Arcana, a community agency dedicated to supporting independent artists and connecting them with the global scene. After spending formative years in Berlin’s underground electronic scene, he returned to Greece with a vision to help reshape the local electronic community and create spaces of freedom, sound experimentation, and cultural connection.

Alongside his partner Dimitris Petrichos, Reign of Time launched the acclaimed Neoclassical Grounds parties in collaboration with Communitism, offering alternative events that blended electronic music with live performances and visual arts. As residents at Blend Athens, they played at some of the biggest parties in Greece, sharing stages with global names like Solomun, Artbat, and Adriatique, further solidifying their place in the scene.With Reign of Time, the duo quickly gained ground as one of Athens’ most active and forward-thinking projects, performing in top Berlin clubs and international festivals.

A major milestone in Stavros’ career was composing and playing live for 40 performances of Oxygen, a multidisciplinary theatre piece presented by the Onassis Foundation, directed by George Koutlis.

Through MAMA Project, which he co-founded with Nikos Tzathas, Stavros continues to mentor emerging DJs and producers, focusing not only on technique but also on mindset, branding, and community-building.
