Sustaining DJ careers: Local realities & global ambitions

Building a stable career is increasingly difficult for many DJs in Greece and across the region. Fees are either very low or extremely high, with few mid-level opportunities. Breaking into international circuits or securing regular local gigs can feel out of reach.

This panel looks at how DJs can create more consistent, long-term work. What helps build a reliable base of bookings? Is a manager or agent still essential, or are there other ways to connect with bookers and grow an audience?
