As the Executive Director of Croatia Records, the region’s leading record label, she is dedicated to developing innovative solutions, preserving musical heritage, and supporting artists in realizing their creative potential.</p><p>Previously, as Director of ZAPRAF, Maja oversaw key operations and projects for the Croatian Phonographic Association, leading initiatives such as the Nova Ploča Awards, Diskografska Spajalica, Inkubator Dobre Glazbe, and the Top HR Music Awards. She has played a vital role in promoting artistic excellence and recognizing musicians&#8217; contributions to cultural development.</p><p>Her expertise extends to legislation and policy-making, having been a member of the Working Group for drafting the new Copyright and Related Rights Act. She actively collaborates with domestic and international stakeholders in intellectual property, contributing to industry advancements. She is also a member of the Croatian Copyright Society and the Cooperation Group with Intellectual Property Rights Holders at the State Intellectual Property Office.</p><p>Maja holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb and is completing a Postgraduate Specialist Study in Intellectual Property. She studied at the University of Zagreb &#8211; humanistic science. Taking on the role of Program Coordinator at Attack since 2001, she has shown her commitment and expertise in the organization of various events (theatre festivals, music programs, creative industries, visual arts productions).&nbsp;</p><p>She is the coordinator of the association now, where she is responsible for the development of programs such as education, visual arts, public actions, inclusive cultural and social programs. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Comic artist, illustrator and animation director from Croatia. His student films &#8216;Slaughtered&#8217; (2010) and &#8216;The Son of Satan&#8217; (2012) earned notable success at many festivals, and the film &#8216;Slaughtered&#8217; was bought by the TV station El Rey Network owned by producer Robert Rodriguez. Film &#8216;Ghost Town&#8217; won the Octavian award at a festival in Zagreb as the best animated film in Croatian production in 2016.&nbsp;</p><p>His recent animated film, &#8216;All Those Sensations in my Belly&#8217; has won 25 awards and mentions and has been shown on more than a 200 festivals worldwide, such as Annecy in France, Outfest and Rhode Island Festival in USA, Message to Man and Big Cartoon in Russia, Animafest in Zagreb and OIAF in Ottawa (Canada) where it won the best script award too.&nbsp;</p><p>He is also the co-founder of the Adriatic Animation Studio for animation production in Zagreb, and one of the organizers of the OHOHO Festival of Comics and Street Art since 2019. He&#8217;s been publishing short comics in many magazines worldwide. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mateja Pribanić &#8211; Born in 1992 in Zagreb, in 2013 she enrolled in the study of philosophy and religious studies at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Society of Jesus. Surrounded by a feminist worldview, but without specific education, she enrolled in the educational program of the Center for Women&#8217;s Studies in 2016, and in 2017 she completed her undergraduate studies with a thesis on Feminist Theology. Although she gained most of her work experience as the barista, her long-term volunteer collaboration with civil society organizations acquainted her with logistical, financial, and administrative processes, as well as the organization of public events, including a four-year collaboration with the Zagreb Pride team.&nbsp;</p><p>In 2021, she became an employee of the Autonomous Cultural Center Attack! as a program coordinator, including production within projects such as SubScena, Festival of Alternative Theatre Expression and Ohoho festival of DiY underground comics and street art.
