
Anna Daniilidi was born in 1976 in Kazakhstan, where she began her piano training at the age of 7. She continued her musical studies in Russia and Greece, completing her qualifications as a pianist in 2001. She is a piano pedagogue since 1996, a published author, and a composer of children’s music. Over the years, she has participated in numerous masterclasses and has collaborated with other musicians in chamber music ensembles and piano duets (four hands).
In 2015, she published her first book featuring easy arrangements of 18 Christmas songs. She is the author of a series of educational books in which she presents her unique approach to early piano pedagogy—a synthesis of various established traditions.
In addition to her teaching and writing, she has composed and written several Musical Fairytales, designed to encourage children’smusical literacy by bringing them closer to music through narratives and interactive storytelling.
She is a member of EPTA Hellas (European Piano Teachers Association) and of the Contemporary Music Performance & Interpretation Workshop. Since 2016, she has been actively involved in organizing interactive summer music workshops for children on the islands of Naxos, Paros, and Chios.
In 2024, she co-founded the cultural non-profit YRIART, where she contributes to the organization’s music education programs.
