Renia Rigopoulou is a Group Product Manager at Orfium, where she leads teams developing products that help music rights holders manage, protect, and monetise their content across digital platforms, including YouTube and other user-generated content ecosystems.

With over a decade of experience in product and digital strategy, Renia has worked across a wide range of industries and international markets. She began her career at eBay, holding product roles in both London and San Francisco, where she focused on experimentation, data-driven development, and customer experience. At Deliveroo, she joined the B2B team, where she improved the restaurant partner experience and launched the company’s first public API for POS integration, resulting in major operational efficiencies.

Renia went on to become the first product manager at InstaShop, where she played a key role in scaling the business ahead of its $360M acquisition by Delivery Hero. Most recently, she led the guest experience product team at Blueground, enhancing the post-booking digital journey for guests across global markets.

Renia is passionate about building user-centric products that deliver measurable business value and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. She has led multidisciplinary teams across product, design, engineering, and research, and has a strong track record of shipping at scale in both startup and corporate settings.
