David Reiterer is a Vienna-based musician. As the character “Zero” in the XA Export Award–winning band Lucy Dreams, he is a pioneer of the SonicWaveArtPop genre, which is gaining increasing recognition in contemporary music and art circles.

Guided by a commitment to blending diverse modern forms of expression with cutting-edge production techniques, Reiterer aims to inspire innovative, forward-thinking ideas that advance the evolution of the creative individual.

In an era of profound technological transformation, his work with Lucy Dreams is dedicated to a musical sci-fi narrative that explores the role of technology in artistic creation and seamlessly integrates it into the creative process.

Matthias Röder (AT)

Dr. Matthias Röder is an award-winning music and technology strategist and director of the Beethoven AI project. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Mindshift, a consultancy on creative leadership and innovation strategy. Matthias currently serves as a board member of the Karajan Foundation and is the Managing Director of the Eliette and Herbert von Karajan Institute. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Mozarteum Foundation. Matthias founded the Karajan Music Tech Conference, a cross-industry event to promote breakthrough technologies in music, media and audio. He is the founder of the Classical Music Hack Day series. Together with his partner, Seda Röder, Matthias co-founded the Sonophilia Foundation, a non-profit that supports and promotes scientific research into creativity.

Matthias has won numerous prizes and accolades for his work, including an Effie Bronce for the completion of Beethoven’s 10th symphony with AI and the Game Changer” Award of the Chamber of Commerce Salzburg. He is a sought-after speaker and lecturer who has taught at Harvard University, the Change & Innovation Management Program at University of St. Gall, and Salzburg University. He holds a PhD in music from Harvard University and is an alumnus of the Mozarteum University Salzburg.

Paulina Parvanov (AT)

Paulina Parvanov is the founder of Raspberry Soda, an internationally operating artist development agency and record label based in Austria. Her extensive industry experience led to her current role as conference manager at Waves Vienna and project manager at the Austrian Music Fund.

With a background in journalism and public relations, she uses her communication skills to build sustainable networks. To achieve change on a structural level, she is a committee member of several key institutions in the Austrian music industry such as the collecting society LSG, the FAMA Film and Music Austria of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Climate Initiative Music Declares Emergency Austria.

Paulina is an active board member of the Austrian trade association of independent labels and music publishers and of IMPALA, where she dedicates her time to advancing the interests of independent labels.

Hannes Tschürtz is the founder of Ink Music in Vienna, a company that has been a successful label and publishing house for 20+ years now, and focuses on artist and career development. For its artists and work it won numerous national and international awards. Hannes is a dedicated speaker, i.e. at industry events, but also helped creating different educational and training programmes for music professionals(-to-be) at home and abroad. Holds seats on the board of Austrias IFPI chapter and represents the independent labels in the Austrian Music Fund. He always aims to take a look at the bigger picture of things and writes creative culture-related articles for magazines and papers. Besides, he is the co-owner of a ticketing start-up (NTRY Ticketing), occasionally gets furious on Twitter, and loves dogs.
