Frédéric Herout is the founder and CEO of Music Magnet, a Paris&Prague-based music technology company specialising in rights transparency and performance monitoring for Performing Right Organisations and Collective Management Organisations across Europe.
With over 25 years in the music industry — including leading a 30-person data team at Yacast and nearly a decade delivering detection data to SACEM and major European CMOs — Frédéric bridges deep rights expertise with hands-on technology development.
Music Magnet operates a club monitoring contract covering 135 French venues, delivers Club Impact Studies for CMOs and Music Industry, and runs a B2B music annotation service. The company is currently building Auditio, an audio recognition engine for DJ set analysis, co-developed with BMAT under a €1.5M Eureka Eurostars grant, with a planned launch in Q1 2027.

Pierre-Alban worked five years at MWM in Paris, the world’s largest publisher of music mobile apps with more than 1 billion downloads, where he managed operations and developed partnerships with music rights holders. He founded Claimy in 2023 with 2 former colleagues: the AI-powered music rights administration engine, maximising the catalogue value of creators and rights holders by automatically identifying missing rights and sending claims to recover them. The goal is to help music creators and publishers better understand how their works are used, how much they should receive and when, and, above all, to maximise the royalties they receive.

Melina (FR/GR)

Melina carries the musical heritage of her Greek origins through a voice rich in ornamentation and
emotion. Born with musicians, oral tradition was central to her upbringing.

She studied oriental violin in Greece and traditional singing, later deepening her vocal practice and
learning oud at the Conservatory of Oriental Music in France, graduating with honors.

A lover of literature, Melina studied at the Sorbonne but soon realized music demanded her full attention.
This passion for words now feeds her songwriting, while her connection to dance brings an embodied
presence to the stage.

Her universe blends tradition with poetry, creating music that feels both urban and magical, where
traditional sounds meet pop and wedding music. Her inspirations range from The Do to Rosalia.

She’s joined by Doğan Poyraz on percussion, together crafting a sound that is sensitive, powerful, and deeply original.
