Nela Peshovska Booking Manager Password Production Taksirat Festival D Festival PIN Conference & Showcase Festival English: If you ask Nela’s parents what she does they’ll say “we don’t know, something with music”, if you ask her friends they’ll say “she gives us free tickets to concerts” and the truth will tell my colleagues from Password Production that this is a special example that somebody from IT during pandemic to have Eureka moment and come in a dead industry named show business. There are two options for this decision: idiot or lunatic…. Choose by yourself! Nela still works on booking artists and biggest festivals in Macedonia like Taksirat, D Festival, PIN Music Conference and she is grateful for the opportunity to work in the music industry and she’s excited to see what the future holds. Impressive right…?

Ivana Stefanovska (MK)

Ivana Stefanovska was born in a small town called Kumanovo (Macedonia).
Raised by a family of musicians, it’s not at all shocking that music is a major part
of her life. She has volunteered and worked as a project assistant since the age of
18 for many festivals and intercultural projects. At the age of 22 she finally joined
the Password team as the project assistant, leading 5 projects including: HEMI,
MOST, UPBEAT, SMA! and SafePlace. Working with the Password team is a
journey directly connected to music and musicians from all around the globe. For
Ivana, this journey is yet to be explored and enjoyed.

Zulu 3.4 (MK)

Zulu 3.4 is a contemporary band from Skopje, founded in March 2018 by Damjan Danevsi with the idea to bring together young jazz enthusiasts, whose goal was is create a unique sound through the fusion of different styles and bring new musical experience to the Macedonian stage. Zulu 3.4 consists of three members: Damjan Danevski (drums), Mario Simonovski (guitar), and Martin Dzhorlev (keyboards). So far, the band has released 3 studio albums, 1 live album, and 1 EP.

In March 2019 they have promoted their debut album “FM to AM”. Their second album “Expandability” was released and promoted in March 2020 and the third “Fragments” became public in November 2021. Each album is thematically and musically different than the others, as the band is constantly evolving and progressing

He is the founder and director of the biggest neighbour music festival Taksirat, D Festival, Pivolend, Green Beach Festival and Pin conference.

If I write a book, it will be like “Get in the Van” by Henry Rollins… If I start to sing, it will sound like Jala Brat… If I open Instagram, it will look like Marilyn Manson… If I enter politics, it will finish with some Dubioza… If I travel the world, it will be with Manu… If I want some music, I try to bring in my village… So, I want to be free, free, free… and Log Out whenever I want!!!

Tejka is a one-woman show. She plays drums in YÖU, drives bands on tour, does TM, works as backliner sometimes, promotes independent bands and loves stage diving. Today, she’s a production manager in Password Production and Head Representative for the Balkans in Women in Live Music.

In her free time she loves eating pizza, drinking coffee and attending every possible concert. Tejka is the CEO of Skopje Drum Talks, an organization for educating and supporting drummers.
