With more than 20 years of experience in international business development and over a decade inside the music ecosystem, he has worked with artists, labels, distributors, and CMOs across Europe and Latin America.

He previously worked with MonitorLATINO, focused on music audience measurement and market intelligence, and with Revelator, a technology platform for digital distribution and royalty infrastructure. Through these experiences he has developed a broad perspective on how data, rights management, and technology are reshaping the global music industry.

Arturo is the founder of SongsWallet, building financial infrastructure around royalties and exploring how these revenue streams can be structured as financial assets within the modern music ecosystem.

Yaw is a global citizen, born in Botswana to Ghanaian parents, a former Londoner for 15 years, and now based in Spain. 20+ years in the music business, Yaw is a Creative Entrepreneur, bridging the worlds of culture and startup innovation.

Started out as an artist, but fumbled and fell into the business of music. He cut his teeth at the legendary Deal Real Records (London), working on campaigns for UMG and Sony imprints, and tours like Amy Winehouse’s legendary Back to Black and Kanye’s Glow in the dark.

In 2013, he founded DooWapp, an award-winning music messaging startup that pioneered short-form licensing deals with Universal Music and Sony ATV.

Yaw later became Managing Director at Airbit alongside its Founder (acquired by BandLab), helping usher in the “SoundCloud Rapper” era by equipping producers with tools to monetize music on the leading Beats Marketplace.

Today, Yaw works with MusicTechs TwoShot and StreamPush as well as Innovation Hubs Culttech & ADE (Chorus). He’s also the creator and host of Mudder Fracas, a podcast celebrating daring entrepreneurs reshaping culture.

Specializing in Strategy + Business Development, Yaw has a core belief: Creativity and Technology are a match made in heaven… when combined with intention, can unlock new paths to independence. Bahía Sónica (ES)

Bahía Sónica was born in 2016 in La Serena, Chile. Since 2021 based in Barcelona, Spain.

Their first ep “En Pulsos” was released in 2018.

Known for their hypnotical sound that blends house beats and downtempo with groovy bass lines over psychedelic guitars.

The duo has performed on both Chilean and international Festival stages, during their European tour they visited LA OLA ELECTRÓNICA Festival (Nüremberg, Germany), Falkon (Weimar, Germany), Cannes Foundation (Paris, France) and being part of the underground scene in Barcelona since they moved the HQ to the spanish city in 2021.

Their live shows are magnetic and invite you to an audiovisual trip that arouses nostalgic emotions, mixed with feelings of euphoria that often trigger dancing.

Together with his partner Borja Piñeiro he is the founder of the duo Reykjavik606 (who have worked with the likes of Tenderlonious & Ishmael Ensemble). Alvaro Granda aka Divorce From New York embarked on a solo career and released his debut album ‘This Ain’t Jazz No More’ (Forbidden Colours) in 2021 making it to Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM and receiving support from Tom Ravenscroft (BBC 6 Music), Jamz Supernova (BBC Radio 1Xtra), John Gomez (NTS radio) or Errol (Touching Bass). He has been making a name for himself as a gifted electronic artist, creating some exquisite syncopated jazzy sounds which bridge the gap between jungle, broken beat and house, all held together by an infectious ability to sample classic jazz artists from his own record collection. In 2022 he released “Sausalito” (High Praise) and made it to The Line Of The Best Fit’s Best Albums of the Year, also featured on Don Letts’ BBC6. La Sra. Tomasa, a Barcelona-based musical project, fuses electronic and live instruments to craft a distinct blend of Latin, funk, reggae, hip hop, trap, and drum ‘n bass. With seven musicians on stage, they revive live music’s essence in a modern context, earning a global following through over 40 European performances and collaborations with artists like Stonebwoy and Coely. Their resilience brought them success with a Mexican tour, selection for SXSW, and performances at international festivals, including Vietnam. In 2023, they expanded into Colombia and the United States, gracing venues like New York’s Lincoln Center and Milwaukee’s Summer Fest. They kicked off 2024 with the release of their EP “¡Suena!,” hinting at more to come.

Thais Ruiz de Alda (ES)

Thais is the founder and Executive Director of DigitalFems, a non-profit organization that promotes female presence in technology-related environments. Thais leads research projects focused on GenderData, and assessments on technological developments and technological consulting services for digital products and services. Another major focus of her work is promoting diversity and gender policies for technology companies, public administrations, and other organizations. She also organizes workshops, training sessions, and hackathons. Thais regularly mentors technological projects.

Before founding DigitalFems, Thais built her career in technology starting in 1999 through various roles and responsibilities. Notable positions include co-managing Thoughtworks, where, in addition to launching the company’s operations, she founded LaT, a citizen technopolitical laboratory focused on technological sovereignty, privacy, and social digital innovation. She also supported the creation of CAD, the Center for Digital Autonomy, and led the Digital Communication Strategy at the Barcelona City Council. She is currently member of the Board of Algorights.

Some notable projects at DigitalFems include MusicDataUPC.org, DatosContraElRuido.org, GenderDataLab.org, Tecnologas.org, and EllesMusic. Thais holds a degree in Law and has completed postgraduate studies in Social and Political Theory, as well as Cultural Public Policies. She pursued doctoral studies in Political Theory and Public Policies at Pompeu Fabra University. She regularly participates as a speaker and has given talks at events such as the Biennial of Thought, Digital Future Society.

I am a music enthusiast, concert-goer and record collector, with nearly 20 years in the industry. I have worked in PR, collecting rights agencies and over a decade at Sony Music Spain, where I directed an independent label within the company, eventually serving as the director of international marketing. I founded About Music in 2016, specializing in music curation, programming, booking and production of shows, mainly for institutions both private and public (city councils, theatres, museums…) as well as for festivals (Iwa Festival…) and brands. I am also manager of Faizal Mostrixx, an ugandan afrofuturist electronic music producer, and teach about the industry at different postgraduate programs.

Iciar Ybarra whose artistic name is Gaudea is a composer, artist, and performer.
Gaudea composes songs which yo can sing along without even realizing it.
Gaudea represents love, friendship, and freedom
Gaudea is synonymous with rhythm, passion and versatility.

Gaudea’s songs have served to say the sex of the baby that is waiting in the media for the actress Dafne Fernández (“La Niña”), or as a cry of solidarity for the NGO Open Arms (“Nobody”).

Icíar has composed songs for the RTVE masthead «Todos en Casa», she has put her voice singing Marion Cotillard in the film “Annette” by Leox Cárax or she has composed the song for the Estepa olive oil advertisement “Algo Extraordinario”.

She is currently composing songs for the Editorial Edelvives, but she also has a project where she combines education with music: Arigato, since they are songs based on stories for boys and girls in primary and infant education.
