Aggelos Kleitsikas was raised in Athens, where music surrounded him from an early age. Though he quickly discovered that playing instruments wasn’t his calling, his deep passion for music found its true voice through listening, exploring, and writing. Since 2015, he has honed his craft as a music journalist, contributing to Greece’s most prominent music platform, avopolis.gr, with his work also featured in SONIK, Lifo, and the Greek edition of Rolling Stone. Today, he serves as co-curator of Athens Jazz, the country’s largest and most iconic jazz festival.
