AI & music: Moving past the fear, towards real practice

What does AI actually change for you as an artist, creator or music professional?

This session focuses on how AI is already being used in practice across creation, production, distribution and audience development. Rather than speculation, it looks at what is happening now, and how people are integrating these tools into their daily work.

The conversation brings together industry professionals who are actively working with AI. It looks at what shifts when these tools become part of your workflow rather than something external or threatening. Where can they support faster iteration, new creative directions and more direct ways of connecting with audiences?

Grounded in real examples, the session considers how AI can expand how artists create, work and develop their careers. It also addresses key questions around authorship, value and long-term positioning in a changing music industry.
