The band released their debut album Familiar Faces in 2024, exploring themes like wellness culture, climate grief or boredom in relationships.

Their 2025 EP Petals marks a sonic change from the album – no acoustic guitars this time – as the band experiments with punk, lo-fi & electronic elements, while maintaining their melancholic sensibility. A PR specialist and undercover metalhead, Cosmin Ionescu seamlessly connects the dots between Katie Melua and Behemoth. As the co-founder of Overground Music agency, established in 2013, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the Romanian alternative rock scene, including byron, Robin and the Backstabbers, and The Mono Jacks.At Overground Music, he oversees a diverse range of services for local artists, spanning management, booking, PR, financial support, merchandise, and label services. With a keen interest in image strategies and the narratives behind artist branding, he specializes in crafting compelling visual and communicative identities both online and offline. Having reviewed countless press kits, he prides himself on distinguishing a standout one from a lackluster submission in mere seconds.In recent years, his focus has expanded to digital distribution and merchandising. Since 2017, he has also played a key role as a co-organizer of Mastering the Music Business, Romania’s leading music conference and showcase festival, where he is responsible for coordinating the festival program and artist applications.

Το ντουέτο έχει εμφανιστεί τόσο σε σλοβενικές όσο και σε διεθνείς σκηνές (SAMC (BG), Athens Jazz (GR), Waves Vienna (AT), Kino Šiška, Kamfest (SI), Festival Lent (SI), DonnerSzenen (AT), StadtMacher (AT), Cankarjev Dom (SI)…) τα τελευταία τρία χρόνια. Το 2023 κυκλοφόρησαν το ντεμπούτο άλμπουμ τους, A Well-Paved Road, το οποίο ηχογραφήθηκε σε συνεργασία με τον Λονδρέζο κιθαρίστα και παραγωγό Femi Temowo.

Εκτός από τις ζωντανές εμφανίσεις τους, οι 3:rma έχουν συμμετάσχει με επιτυχία σε διαγωνισμούς και μουσικές διοργανώσεις, όπως τα Festival Treks, Popevka Tedna, Mladi Zmaji, International Songwriting Competition και Slovenia Sounds Great.

Τον Ιανουάριο του 2024, οι 3:rma κυκλοφόρησαν το νέο τους άλμπουμ The Garden of Edna, ένα αφιέρωμα στην ποιήτρια Edna St. Vincent Millay, το οποίο ολοκληρώθηκε τον Οκτώβριο, κατά τη διάρκεια μιας καλλιτεχνικής διαμονής στο Λονδίνο, με την υποστήριξη του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού.

Με την κυκλοφορία του δεύτερου άλμπουμ τους, οι +SHE+ συνεχίζουν να διευρύνουν τα όρια, συνδυάζοντας είδη όπως dark wave, post-punk και drama-pop, επεκτείνοντας το σκοτεινό ηχητικό τους σύμπαν. Για να βιώσει κανείς πλήρως το βάθος αυτού του δίσκου, πρέπει να τον ακούσει στο σύνολό του, καθώς αποκαλύπτει το βαθιά προσωπικό ταξίδι της Corina—περιηγούμενη σε θέματα τραύματος, ταυτότητας, αυτοέκφρασης και ακατέργαστου ανθρώπινου συναισθήματος.

Η σκηνική παρουσία της Corina μεταμορφώνεται διαρκώς—από μια βαμπιρική φιγούρα με μακριά, σκούρα μαλλιά που φτάνουν ως τα γόνατα, να headbanging με μια ισχυρή στάση, έως μια λεπτεπίλεπτη, αιθέρια ύπαρξη που καθοδηγεί το κοινό με τις κινήσεις των χεριών της.

Αυτή τη στιγμή δουλεύουν πάνω σε ένα νέο άλμπουμ, ενώ οι +SHE+ έχουν καθιερωθεί ως μια ισχυρή παρουσία στη –όχι και τόσο– underground μουσική σκηνή της Ρουμανίας. Έχουν εμφανιστεί τόσο σε εθνικό όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο, ανεβαίνοντας σε φεστιβαλικές σκηνές όπως το Summer Well Festival (RO), το Fekete Zaj (HU), το Waves Vienna (AUT) και το MMB Showcase (RO). Έχουν επίσης μοιραστεί τη σκηνή με καλλιτέχνες όπως οι Health (USA), Patriarchy (USA) και Soley (Ισλανδία).

But she also worked with music festivals like Neversea, SAGA and Massif, or brands like Mastercard and Pepsi that involved music in their campaigns as Project Manager on behalf of Advertising agencies. Adina has also worked for most of the Film Festivals in Romania, including Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF), where for 5 years she took over the music bookings. 

Recently she took over Comms & Social Media for Control Club (the most active one in the city) with focus on Live Acts, but not limited. She also turned to being an artist manager and agent for +SHE+, a fierce woman-led musical project from Romania. Her background in the music industry started with DIY concerts, followed by working as a Promoter and nowadays she hosts Sqweez! Queer Techno parties.

In 2023, Andra co-founded Sync About It, the first conference and music camp in the region dedicated to music synchronization. Held in Bucharest, Romania, the event serves as a platform for songwriters and producers to collaborate on projects aligned with briefs from music supervisors, promoting knowledge exchange, best practices and industry trends.

Andra’s career spans multiple fields of the music business, including PR, artist management, booking, event organization and A&R. She also manages the alternative rock band Gramofone, who have released two albums and performed at major festivals. Beyond her roles in music, she has been the PR Manager for East European Comic Con for over 11 years, acting as a spokesperson for the event.

Additionally, Andra contributes to soundcheck management at the Beach, Please! festival, Europe’s largest urban festival. 

Her varied experience and genuine love for music and culture inspire her to keep learning and contributing to the field in meaningful ways. Driven by her passion, she constantly seeks to expand her knowledge and bring fresh perspectives to the industry.

Due to her extensive experience, in 2006 she starts teaching music business in Romania.

In 2009 she becomes the first Romanian music business professional to graduate the Master in Music Business program from Berkelee College of Music (Boston, USA).

In 2016 she founds the first international music business conference in Romania – Mastering The Music Business conference & showcase festival – which quickly becomes a relevant professional event in the CSEE area. She is the pioneer of music business education in Romania.

Currently she is President of RAW Music (the main organiser Mastering the Music Business and Romania´s official music export office) and Executive Director of INDIERO (the Romanian indie labels & music publishers association, affiliated to IMPALA and WIN).
