Christos Panoilias is the Founder of Action Εστί and Σπουδαία Events, two organizations dedicated to bringing ideas to life through art and culture. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has organized and contributed to more than 700 concerts, theatrical performances, festivals, conferences and cultural events, collaborating with a wide range of artists across Greece.

He is also the producer of the ΧΙΠ ΧΟΠ CON, a leading hip hop culture event in Greece that brings together all elements of the scene through live shows, battles, workshops and showcasing new artists.

Alongside his production work, he provides consulting and mentoring services to artists, supporting them in developing their projects, shaping their strategy and building their presence in the music industry. As General Manager, Christos oversees strategic planning, artist collaborations, bookings and partnerships, combining his experience in marketing and communication to support creative projects and talent.
