Eric Reithler-Barros is a New York media and technology executive with 30+ years at the intersection of music, creative industries, and digital infrastructure, known for navigating industry transformation.

He held senior international roles at Fortune 50 companies including Verizon, Level 3 Communications, Edgecast, and Johnson & Johnson, delivering infrastructure, cloud, and media services to clients such as Sony Music, News Corp, and 20th Century Fox.

In music and live entertainment, he served as Global VP of SFX Entertainment, helping scale a $1.4B platform that acquired brands including Tomorrowland and Beatport. He was previously Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of A2LiVE/STORM Festival in Shanghai.

A serial builder, he launched Art Revolver in China and later became cofounding partner and CCO/CSO of RCRDSHP, an early Web3 music platform.

Today, Eric is cofounding CEO of Fold Artists, focused on ethical AI to protect rightsholders in the age of generative AI, and a visiting professor at Berklee College of Music.

He also mentors entrepreneurs and remains an active music creator with 200+ releases and four indie labels.
