I was born in Athens. I studied Social Anthropology at Panteion University and went on to pursue graduate studies in Animal Welfare Policy at Hartpury University.

My research has focused on wildlife, biodiversity, and coexistence with wild animals in urban areas, while I have volunteered in the rescue and care of wild animals both on land and at sea, the protection of endangered species, legislation regarding captive wild animals, environmental journalism, forest conservation, and environmental education.
In September 2025, I joined Greenpeace as the oceans campaigner.
