Katarzyna Czechowska is the Artist & Label Partnership Lead for Scaled Markets at Spotify, where she leads a team responsible for relationships with the music industry across nine European markets. In her role, she oversees marketing initiatives that support artists and their teams in growing their careers, building fandoms, and reaching global audiences on Spotify.

With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, she has worked with a wide range of local and international artists, as well as record labels, publishers, management teams, and distributors. Her expertise spans music marketing and digital distribution, giving her a deep understanding of how to successfully develop artists in today’s streaming-driven landscape.
