
Kostas Grountas is an Athens-based music professional working at the intersection of artistic programming and live production, contributing to the development of artists and the broader music ecosystem.
He has held key roles at United We Fly, where he served as Label & A&R Manager and later Head of Concerts, as well as Programming & Production Manager at Gazarte.
His work includes collaborations with major cultural institutions, leading festivals, and production companies in Greece, such as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, Onassis Stegi, Plissken Festival, Off The Hook Festival, Dynasty Athens, and The Hub.
He has contributed to productions for international touring artists including The Smashing Pumpkins, Cigarettes After Sex, Kamasi Washington, Mulatu Astatke, and Viagra Boys.
Alongside his production work, he is a musician and composer, a founding member of “Teflon” (2007–2020) and of Paidi Trauma’s live band (2020 – present), with work spanning film, theatre, documentaries, and digital media.
Since 2024, he is co-owner of the event production company R2D2 and a core member of the team behind Rudu Fest.
