Vassiliki has been working in the field of collective management for over 30 years. Prior to joining Rightsholders Cooperative EDEM as Administrative Manager and Head of International Relations, she served as Corporate Communication Manager & Marketing Executive in other Collective Management Organisations, where, among others, she managed relations with members, planned and organized domestic and international corporate events, conferences and cultural activities aimed to promote cultural diversity and Greek music heritage.

She holds a degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Physical Education and has done postgraduate studies in Dance Ethnography and Business Administration.
