Virginia Vasilakou has over 8 years of experience in project management and cultural production, leading large-scale European collaborations and interdisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of art, science, and technology. Her work focuses on making complex ideas accessible and shaping human-centred, innovative responses to today’s societal challenges through culture-led approaches.

Alongside her work as an EU project manager, she is also a DJ and music producer, bringing an insider’s perspective into the realities of the music ecosystem. She is co-Director of HER Project and shesaid.so Athens, actively advocating for gender equity and more inclusive structures within the music industry.
Her practice bridges strategy and creativity, combining cultural production, public engagement, and cross-sector collaboration to deliver initiatives that resonate across disciplines and communities.
