Afroditi Sevasti (GR)

Afroditi Sevasti has over 25 years of experience in complex digital transformation programs, innovation management, and operational excellence in digital infrastructure and service delivery. She began her career in 1997 at the Computer Technology Institute and Press ‘Diophantus’ as an R&D Engineer. From 2005 to 2018, she was Activity Leader/Senior Manager for innovative telecommunication solutions and services of the pan-European communications network GÉANT. Since 2014, she has served as independent expert on European Research and Innovation for the European Commission. Between November 2017 and August 2019, she held the position of Chief Technology Officer at GRNET S.A., also serving as a member of the company’s Strategy Committee. In 2020, she assumed the role of IT Operations Director at Munich RE HealthTech, after which she served for five years as the Chief Technology Officer of Growthfund, Greece’s national Sovereign Wealth Fund. Currently, she is the CEO of Pharos SA, the Greek AI Factory and a Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of CrediaBank. She holds a PhD in Communication Networks and a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras. She also holds an MSc in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Aggelos Kleitsikas (GR)

Aggelos Kleitsikas grew up in Athens, in an environment where music was not merely a soundtrack but a way of thinking. Since 2015, he has been actively involved as a music and culture journalist, with his work published in leading Greek media outlets such as Avopolis.gr, LIFO, SONIK, and Rolling Stone Greece.

Alongside this, he has built a strong professional background in marketing, PR, and strategic communication, collaborating with major international brands. In recent years, he has also worked on a wide range of cultural projects as part of the team at Technopolis City of Athens. This experience has allowed him to creatively bridge the cultural and corporate worlds, translating vision into narrative and content into strategy.

As Artistic Director of Athens Jazz, the country’s oldest and largest jazz festival, he envisions further strengthening its international identity, its active support of the local jazz community, and its contemporary artistic direction. Creating meaningful musical experiences, fostering the sustainable growth of cultural institutions, and connecting audiences, artists, and ideas lie at the core of his philosophy.

Alex Bolpasis (GR)

Athens-based producer and sound engineer, he has been an active presence in the Greek music scene for over two decades.

A graduate of Birmingham City University (2005) and postgraduate of Bournemouth University (2006) he began his professional career at Artracks Recording Studios, where he played a key role in establishing it as one of Greece’s busiest recording facilities.

Over the course of a decade, he recorded, mixed, and frequently produced a high volume of releases across a wide range of artists and genres.

Since transitioning to freelance work in 2017, he has collaborated with numerous studios, adapting each project’s environment and workflow to best serve the music.

In 2019, he took over Suono—originally founded by Cotti K—transforming it into his own space and further refining his independent, artist-focused approach to production.

A longtime enthusiast of guitar effects, he joined JAM Pedals in 2021.

Alongside his studio work, he remains an active performer, playing with The Steams and Holy Monitor.

His aesthetic sensibilities are shaped by a deep appreciation for vintage gear, limited-run 7″ records, and low-lit bars with comfortable stools.

Alex Stevens is a festival programmer, creative director, and music tech entrepreneur based in Belgium.
With over 20 years of experience in live music curation including nearly two decades as Artistic Director at Dour Festival, where he co-programmed some 3,000 concerts. Alex has become one of Europe’s most respected voices in festival curation. He currently serves as Creative Director and Head of Music at IKII, where he books artists for major festivals including Marsatac (Marseille), Sakifo, and Francofolies de la Réunion.
Parallel to his curatorial work, Alex founded Live Intelligence Labs, a tech venture studio building the data infrastructure for the live music industry. Its flagship products include Bookr.fm, a festival programming SaaS platform used by 56+ European festivals, and Predikt.live, a decision intelligence tool that turns booking intuition into quantifiable risk scoring.
He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Liège, and sits at the rare intersection of deep curatorial expertise and technical fluency. His current focus: encoding 20 years of programming knowledge into scalable AI-powered tools for the live industry.

Alexandros Nousias (GR)

Alexandros Nousias is a Research Associate at the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications of NCSR Demokritos, specialising in digital and AI law, governance, and ethics. He advises research organisations, corporates, and technology companies across both research and market-facing projects, and teaches AI ethics, law, and governance at postgraduate level in Greece. He promotes a shift from compliance as a minimum requirement to quality as the real foundation of trustworthy AI. He contributed to the “Blueprint for Greece’s AI Transformation” as Technical Consultant to the High-Level Advisory Committee on Artificial Intelligence to the Prime Minister. He is also involved in Pharos, the Greek AI Factory, focusing on compliance and governance. He also serves as Chair of the Greek JTC 21 Mirror Committee on European Harmonised Standards and is an IEEE CertifAIEd AI Ethics Lead Assessor. Alexandros promotes a shift from compliance as a minimum requirement to quality as the real foundation of trustworthy AI.

Alexandros Oikonomou (GR)

Alexandros Economou studied Psychology at the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome and further specialized with a postgraduate degree in Mental Health from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. With extensive experience in social and mental health services, he serves as Head of Scientific Affairs at EDRA Social Cooperative Activities for Vulnerable Groups. He is also President of the European Network of Active Living for Mental Health (ENALMH) and a Board Member of the Federation of Mental Health Bodies ‘ARGO’, contributing actively to the development of mental health policy and community-based interventions at both national and European level. His work combines scientific leadership with the design and implementation of integrated support programs for vulnerable populations. He has published in national and international scientific journals, participated in numerous symposia as both speaker and contributor, and authored a book on the evaluation of social services.
