Her work revolves around YouTube’s Content ID system, where she oversees rights enforcement, claims, and monetization strategies. She ensures that Croatia Records’ extensive catalog is protected while navigating policy updates, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements. Beyond YouTube, she manages digital rights on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring accurate registration, tracking, and royalty distribution.
Ema also leads high-impact projects in publishing and digital media. She successfully managed the Croatian edition of Paul McCartney’s children’s book, collaborating with publishers and creative teams. Currently, she is spearheading an audiobook initiative aimed at expanding the Croatian market for spoken-word content.
