She ensures that Croatia Records’ extensive catalog is protected while navigating policy updates, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements. Beyond YouTube, she manages digital rights on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring accurate registration, tracking, and royalty distribution.

Ema also leads high-impact projects in publishing and digital media.
