Nikos Antoniou is a London-based senior music industry executive with 15 years of experience leading global marketing strategies. Over the years, he has led award-winning campaigns for global music artists and brands. Nikos currently heads up TikTok’s Music Streaming & Digital Partnerships for EMEA, overseeing streaming strategy and driving commercial opportunities across the region. He previously was the Head of Artist & Label Partnerships at Spotify UK & Ireland, where he led strategic partnerships and global marketing campaigns including Spotify Wrapped. He has also held leadership positions at Sony Music, Condé Nast, and TaP Management, where he oversaw creative marketing and talent development. Nikos holds a Master’s in Music Business Management from London College of Music and the University of West London and has been a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy since 2019.
