Marion has worked at Music Glue, an e-commerce platform tailored to the music industry, for the past 13 years. During that time, she has gained experience across multiple departments, including ticketing, user services, campaign management, and sales. She currently serves as Head of Business Development.

In her role, Marion collaborates closely with bands, management companies, and record labels on campaign management and ticket presales, while also developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the music industry.
