Get seen, get understood, get closer: Turning attention into real audience and growth

Getting attention is hard. Getting the right attention and turning it into something that holds is harder. This roundtable looks at why that gap exists. How artists and teams cut through in crowded markets, how a clear point of view shapes how people understand what you do, and how content either sharpens that message or weakens it. It looks at where things break down. When positioning is vague, when production gets in the way, and when attention never converts into anything meaningful.

Bringing together perspectives from brand, content and audience building, the session focuses on how this works in practice. How to define what you stand for, how to make work that connects without overcomplicating it, and how to build direct relationships that turn attention into engagement, action and return.
