Anna-Maria Antippas represents the third generation running the family company, Cobalt Music, following in the footsteps of her grandfather & founder, Nikos Antippas, and her father, Vico Antippas. Even though her first job after graduating Brown University was in Milan at a top head-hunting company specializing in fashion & luxury goods, Sterling International, she was soon charmed by her family tradition and musical heritage. She returned to Greece in 2010 with the vision to establish a modern, cutting-edge music entertainment company and to launch projects with serious potential for international exposure and success. She dove eagerly into this mission and picked up the torch as head of the business, the largest Greek-owned record company in Greece, a financially healthy business that has never stopped growing, even during the recent unprecedented circumstances. The excellent performance is a result of the company culture she inspired to the team, namely the importance of converting barriers into opportunities for innovation, fresh creative ideas and new commercial outlets, in order to always be strong and trailblazing. As a result, Cobalt Music is spearheading the digital transformation of music, changing and ameliorating the experience for artists, as well as that of the music fans.
