Dimitris Papaspyros is an engineering leader by day, software engineer by night, and loves solving technical problems with entertainment industry data and processes one way or the other 24/7. He graduated his Bachelor’s from Informatics and Telecommunications school in National Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2013, and received a MSc in Web Technologies and Applications from Harokopio University of Athens. He joined NTUA in 2014 as a PhD Candidate and Software Engineer, with an academic interest in Linked Data. In 2015 he got introduced to the music industry by joining Orfium as one of the first software engineers, and was involved in the development of several information systems aiming to streamline copyright management and claiming for rightsholders. 

Since 2020, Dimitris has been serving as Orfium’s VP of Engineering, focusing on product development. He also has a degree in Music Harmony and loves playing the piano in his spare time. He has a degree in Music Harmony and enjoyees playing the piano in his spare time
