Fo (aka Fofi Tsesmeli) is a Greek DJ, music journalist, curator and inclusion advocate with over three decades of presence in electronic music and nightlife culture. Widely regarded as one of the most consistent voices for gender equity and representation in Greece, her work bridges the dancefloor, media and cultural organizing, extending into international platforms such as Unmixed in NY, while she has been a regular contributor to LiFO since 2014.

She is the founder of HER, a platform empowering women, femininities and gender non-conforming people in music, and co-director of the Athens chapter of shesaid.so. She is also the co-founder of Matterz, focusing on safety, inclusion and accessibility in nightlife and urban spaces.

Fo holds the longest-running DJ residency in Greece, with over 26 years at Sodade2 BackStage, a landmark of Athens’ nightlife, contributing to more inclusive music cultures in Greece and beyond.
