Leonidas Antonopoulos is a journalist, specialized in culture and music, and director of the radio station KOSMOS 93,6 and KosmosJazz.gr. He studied Political Science in Athens and completed a Master’s degree in Media Strategy in London.

He has worked for newspapers and magazines, has broadcast music and journalistic content on radio and television, and has been a programme director at “Athens 9.84”. Since 1997, he has been working at ERT and was, among other shows, the creator and presenter of the award-winning music documentary series “The Musicians of the World”.

He was a music consultant and artistic director of the “Sounds of the World” department of the Athens Festival and in recent years he has been the artistic advisor of the Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival.
