Being a huge music fan Lia started her career as a journalist specialized in  music subjects  writing articles, reviewing albums, doing interviews and participating to radio shows (Mousiki magazine, Echo  FM radio station).  Some years later she had the amazing opportunity to  be part of the editorial team of the altenartive music paper OZ.
It was a great journey that leaded to a slightly different career step,  when  she accepted  a proposal to move to the music industry.
She started at Warner Music Greece as Promo and Strategic Marketing Manager and then moved to BMG  Greece as a General  Manager. 
Later she had to  take  a short break from the music business and acted as a consultant for a big greek media group,  as well as  for an international mobile VAS services  company.

When  the opportunity appeared  for her to collaborate with the quite  new by that time  Digital Distribution Company,  the Orchard, she grabbed it as it was the perfect way to go back to roots, The fact that the founder of the Orchard, Richarf Gottehrer was and still  is a legend of the music industry made the idea more and more exciting.

It has been a long ride since then and The Orchard has grown a lot in a constantly changing and challenging business environment.
