Magdalena Sotirova co-founded Monte Music (established in 2008, later rebranded as Monte Productions) together with one of Bulgaria’s leading artists, composer and producer Grafa. The company has played a key role in artist development, music production and live events in the Bulgarian music industry.

With a background in finance and further studies in public relations and advertising, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience. Over the years, she has contributed to the development and positioning of artists such as Mihaela Fileva, Preya, Billy Hlapeto and VenZy.

In recent years, her work has expanded towards artist management, music supervision and the integration of music and musicians into advertising and brand projects, alongside ongoing production and promoter activity.
