Marija Popović (Zmaja) holds a Master in economics. Board member and Programme director at Magnet Association; Employed at Institution Student Cultural Centre in Novi Sad as a producer and international cooperation manager (currently manager of two mid-scale Creative Europe projects (1 as lead), and one CREA Platform project; works as the EU projects coordinator for the Foundation EXIT- coordinating two Creative Europe large scale projects in the partner role; worked as a grant expert on a Delegation of the EU’s grant scheme within social sector; Worked as a Senior expert for Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affars for capacity building for Cretive Europe Programme; has managed EU projects in the field of human rights, social inclusion, youth and culture; Working as a freelance fundraiser and consultant; since 2000 working as project and organisational manager, trainer, external evaluator, consultant; 2010-2021 assessed Erasmus+ project applications for the British Council, and Ecorys (UK), currently assessing Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects for: Anefore asbl (Luxembourg), Tempus Foundation (Serbia), EUPA (Malta) and Leargas (NA Ireland); has worked as a Project Officer for SALTO South East Europe; author of several publications; member of the Team Europe of the DEU in Serbia; member of 2 international pools of trainers; accreditor of ESC candidate organisations for SALTO SEE; taught EU centralised programmes (Erasmus+, Creative Europe and Europe for Citizens) at the specialistic course at the University of Novi Sad;
